* All new lash/brow clients MUST receive a patch test no less than 48 hours prior to their appointment. It is your responsibility to arrange and attend a patch test. If you arrive for your appointment without a patch test, 100% of appointment cost will be charged. Please contact me via Instagram or text to arrange patch tests.
* Cancellations within 24 hours will be required to pay 50% of appointment cost. Cancellations on the day and no shows will be required to pay 100% of appointment cost.
